Dear my MP, Karen Buck and dear Mayor of my city of London. 

In the past, I have written to you, my MP, many times about the abuses of my evil local government called, Hammersmith and Fulham Council.

 

And I have also spoken to you about the way Hammersmith and Fulham Council murdered my friend, Agim Sefaj, by abusing him psychologically and emotionally. Making him have a heart attack.

 Taking your soul slowly through continual mental pressure and psychological abuse.  Isn’t it mean and evil?

This time, however, I want to write to you as my MP and to the Mayor of my city an open letter. And beg you to break your dead silence. And speak to the representative of state government in this area of LONDON, Kim Smith. Who is creating enormous pain, abuse of power and abuse of citizens through this abuse of power. 

So let me begin with a few question which I hope will arouse the feeling of empathy in your hearts. I hope that my pain and question will make you more of a human, rather than feelingless robots. Like you seem to be in your silence. 

 

So I ask, “What do you think, how did I feel, when I heard the threats of eviction sent to me for months by Hammersmith and Fulham Council in the middle of a pandemic?

And how did I feel when I was evicted and left in the street with all my belongings for over 5 times? And then taken in the accommodation like a lifeless object?

 A fact that shows that my local government simply didn’t care at all. And this local government, part of a behemoth state power, never thought that a human can get hurt from this mean form of treatment. Or say, perhaps they did it on purpose. Because they withdraw pleasure by creating pain. And in seeing citizens suffer.

And both ways of thinking can be plausible here from the facts that are given.

 

 

Let me tell you my precious MP and precious Mayor of London, who love to be silent, that when I was threatened with eviction by Hammersmith and Fulham council. I felt like being threatened with a knife or a gun. Like being cornered by an organisation of street thugs. Who have no love for what is human. And no respect for justice.

I felt like being plunged into a swamp of abuse. From where it was impossible for me to get out. Because I was poor. A swamp of abuse from which I still find it difficult to get out of it.

Because every time, I try to get out of this SWAMP OF ABUSE, there is a need for capital and social justice.

And I don’t have the capital and I don’t see the idea of social justice in the city where I live.

 

 

So, the threats of eviction by Hammersmith and Fulham Council make me feel over worried for my life. Over stressed. Over depressed, over anxious, over sensitive and suicidal.

In short, the threats of Hammersmith and Fulham Council have destroyed and deteriorated my mental health to a point, where I have lost my mind many times.

The threats of Hammersmith and Fulham Council made and still make me fear for my life. Just like one fears for his life when one is scared by someone holding a knife or a gun.

 

 

Because a knife and a gun are no more and no less than the threats of death. For when one threatens you with a knife or a gun, that presupposes that you will die.

Similarly, the threats of eviction by Hammersmith Council are indirect Knife and Gun threats – That is clear as day Psychological and emotional abuse of the highest and eviliest level. Psychological and emotional abuse done by state power.

And further, I ask, “what is this silence by the media of this city, to whom do they serve? To justice or corruption?

What is this galling and sickening silence coming from you as my MP and from you as a Mayor of this city? To what ideals do you serve to corruption, abuse of power or justice?

I’m confused by people of your class, Media and politicians, to whom do you serve? To what values does your silence serve?

And you, my MP and my Mayor, are becoming ridiculous to the ideas of Humanity through your sheer silence. When you hear and see the citizen screaming in pain and suffer of the spirit because of STATE ABUSE. 

For I, as a citizen of this country, am resisting state abuse. And demanding an ounce of human Dignity and social justice for months. While all of you, journalists and politicians are silent. And on purpose so. To drown out and murder truth and pain.

For I see that there is not even an ounce of human goodness left on the hands of journalists and politicians of today. And it seems like all of you are serving blindly and religiously to your class interest.

And, as I write, let me tell you my PRECIOUS SILENT MP and PRECIOUS silent MAYOR of LONDON that I am choking from over anxiety and a feeling of panic attack into my throat. Feelings of pain and suffer that come from the horrible living conditions and the continual threats of Hammersmith and Fulham council. 

So isn’t pain and suffer enough for you to raise your voice and speak, dear my MP and dear Mayor of this city?

Therefore, I am begging you, dear my MP and dear Mayor of this city, for goodness’ sake tell to Hammersmith and Fulham Council to stop their state abuse. And give me my rights and my human Dignity.

For the way, they, Hammersmith and Fulham council or representatives of state government, are treating me is deteriorating my mental health immensely. Thing which shows that depression is clearly a political issue. A mental state that we experience because of the deepest pain and suffer of the spirit that come from our struggle for existence.

 

 

And let me tell you my dear MP and dear Mayor of London,  that when I asked Hammersmith and Fulham Council to support me. I didn’t threaten them. I asked them like I asked hundreds of London’s landlords for a place to live.

Now they accepted me in their place. But then, Hammersmith and Fulham Council continually threatened me to end my accommodation. And refused to give me tenancy rights. So I could sue them for their threats of eviction. 

This form of thinking that refuses to give Tenancy Agreements to the citizens of London, it is seen in many abusive landlords of London. Who do not give tenancy agreements either because they do not have rights to rent their properties or because they do not want to pay COUNCIL TAX.

In short, the abusive landlords of London, who do not give tenancy agreements, abuse the rights of the citizens of London. And similarly Hammersmith and Fulham Council by refusing to give me a tenancy agreement, they abuse my rights as a citizen. 

So, by refusing to give me my tenancy rights, Hammersmith and Fulham council give them a right to abuse me by law.

And so they threw me outside in the cold and freezing weather of london for over 6 times. And now I’m living the threat of being evicted again. That will be the 7th time on Monday 22nd 02 2021.

Hence, because of your long silence, now, I dare to ask, “If you as my MP and if you as a Mayor of this city do not stand up for the rights of those people, who are able to know their pain and express their pain. Then what hope is there to make us think: that you will ever stand up for the rights of those people, who neither are able to know their pain nor are they able to express it?

What hope is there for us to believe that you, my MP and the Mayor of this city, stand against injustice and for justice if you love silence and abuse of power?

Hence, I demand tenancy rights, I demand basic human Dignity from my local government. Not abuse. Leaving me under Residential rights. And abusing me by State laws. Keeping me under Continual threats. And in a state of anxiety. Simply because they can. Simply because they can bully me with abusive laws. While refusing to give me my tenancy rights.

Local governments  take an eye out from your eye socket, if you refuse to pay a fine or their council tax. But when we ask them for our rights they find laws to base they ideas and abuse us, the oppressed citizens.

As a matter of fact, Hammersmith and Fulham council has thought and acted as an institution of torture and of abuse . They have been ridiculing and taunting my pain. While having confidential information of my pain. And your silence as an MP and your silence as a Mayor of London have openly supported and facilitated this abuse of privileges by Hammersmith and Fulham Council. 

Therefore, I demand that some independent “public authorities” look at my rights and see if our laws have been abused by this psychological and emotional torture. That has and is still abusing me psychologically and emotionally. Pushing me to suicidal thoughts. 

And I demand my rights now not after I die.

My rights for myself, my city and for my people of London.

And let me tell you, my MP and the Mayor of this city, that if you don’t like my appeal for my rights. Then I don’t like you for your abuse of power. For your dead silence to the pain of your citizens and your city. And for your Hypocrisy.

But still I love you as humans. In the context that goes beyond good and evil. For I have nothing against you.

 But I have a million things against your silence. An MP and as a Mayor of this city that see its citizens being abused by local governments. And that refuse to pick up the phone and call the leader of this local government. And tell to him or to her that justice is not done by working with agencies that discriminate against the poor or by threatening and abusing the poor. And pushing people to deep distress, pain and suicide. 

 More exactly justice is done by being fair to people and giving to people that human dignity that they deserve.   

Therefore, dear my MP, Karen Buck and dear MAYOR of London – If I die from the Abuse of Hammersmith and Fulham Council, You will have Blood in your hands. Simply because you have been silent.  Just like these mealy-mouthed journalists of London are being silent. 

And we know. That your silence and the silence of these mealy-mouthed and hypocrite journalists of London points out to the defence of your class interest. That is the class of Media monopolies and political power. That demand to control us like sheep and slaves.

Therefore, in this suffer and pain of my spirit I dare to raise my voice and demand justice and Dignity. And a Stop of the Abuse by the representatives of State Power now.
